• Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT): Adapting ILT content to vILT by incorporating microlearning, explainer videos, and e-Learning to meet learners' needs, creating engagement while achieving business goals.

• Learning Module Designs: Create pedagogically sound documents tailored to meet learners' needs, focusing on learning objectives, specific training requirements, and organizational goals.

• Visual and Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and infographics that simplify complex information and enhance learner engagement.
